This patient had her implants for 10 years. She disliked that the implants were drooping and had drifted further apart giving her less cleavage. Dr. Leong performed a breast augmentation revision. She removed her saline implants and replaced them with the same size silicone gel implants in a better position. This created perkier breast with better cleavage. This patient is extremely happy with the natural appearance of her breast.
