After recovering, you can go home, but you will need someone to transport you. You will wear a special supportive bra while your incisions heal. It will take about 3 months before your breasts settle into their final position and the swelling goes away. Dr. Leong will discharge you with instructions on caring for your incisions and protecting your breasts while they heal.
